Returns are accepted for items directly purchased from our online store  Prior authorization is required—kindly email us at before proceeding with your return. The request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Returned item must be in its original condition—brand new and unused. If after inspection it was discovered that the product is no longer in salable condition due to wear, usage or defects, Collectioni reserves the right to refuse the return.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 25% restocking fee will apply on all returns. The refund will be issued back to the original account used by the customer. 

We do not accept returns on custom or special order furniture as this merchandise is made to the customer's specifications.
